• Provide skilled workout and strategic advice to creditors, lenders, fund managers, developers, owners and other investors.
• Provide portfolio strategy advice and sale guidance to maximize lender and note – holder’s asset recover, including disposition of sub and non-performing real estate.
• Underwrite property, produce financial models, real estate research and financial analysis services for determining asset strategy.

Examples of Previous Engagements:

• Responsible for all aspects of workouts and restructuring of $450 million construction and land loan portfolio for leading U.S. bank.
• Performed and asset managed the turnaround of a first class hotel resort and golf club in Florida increasing net income 400% from $1.6 million to $6.5 million in a period of 18 months. Refinance of the property’s $45 million non-performing loan with a new lender.
• Following refinancing, coordinated and oversaw property renovation in excess of $10 million and develop master plan to add 1,600 units to density.
• Advised owner on the $175 million recapitalization of a 21-property portfolio of office and flex properties in default located throughout the United States. Performed all underwriting and financial modeling in connection with the restructuring. Acted as a liaison between the owner and lenders.
• Responsible for the workout and recapitalization of a 1 million sq. ft. retail property in construction in New England. Performed all underwriting and financial modeling in connection with the restructuring. Oversaw construction and completion of the project.
