Providence Place is a $500 million 1.3 million sq. ft. super regional mall that opened in 1999 with more than 170 stores, including Nordstrom's, Macy's, Dave and Busters, I-MAX theater and a sixteeen-screen stadium seating movie theatre built on top of a 4,300 car parking garage over the Amtrak train line and the Woonasquatucket River at the foot of the capital in Providence. Oversaw construction and project manager for lender.
