Approximately 63,000 sq. ft. of office space located in the vibrant Hato Rey area and adjacent to Plaza Las Americas (the largest mall in the Caribbean). Our leasing team secured a net lease of the entire building to a government agency. The construction management team oversaw renovation from warehouse to Class A office building on an accelerated time-frame.
