Advisory Assignment

A 450 acre mixed-use development currently in construction, with approximately 1 million sq. ft. of office, 450,000 sq. ft. of retail, state-of-the art medical complex, upscale hotels, 1,600 single and multi-family homes, movie theatres, restaurants, a new 1,000 student public school and numerous recreational facilities located at the intersection of the Highway I-540 outerloop and Highway 401 North. Advised the developer on all phases of entitlement, master plan and financing of the project.
