Blackpoint Advisors is the firm’s real estate advisory group which assists lenders, developers and owners with acquisitions, dispositions, capital and finance, workouts and restructurings, asset management and construction management.

The members of Blackpoint have extensive experience in working with real estate developers, owners and lenders. The members have successfully been responsible for the origination of new capital in excess of $2 billion and the restructuring and disposition of real estate loans in excess of $10 billion. In addition, Blackpoint has been responsible for construction management of various property types throughout the US and the Caribbean.
